This past week was a whole lot of Alter Ego! I hope you don't mind. This time it's a soap and lotion  bar/cuticle balm! I meant to post this on Friday but I really needed a few days off from blogging. Life seems to be a bit overwhelming so I just needed a short break!

Let's start with My Own Worst Enemy soap, which is part of the Indie Pickup, October 19-21.

I wanted to share the coordinating polish, which was sold through Polish Pickup during the first weekend of October. You can see swatches of this polish HERE. Although the polish is no longer available, the soap is! If you're a Fight Club fan, this is such a fun gift!

The soap is similar to other Alter Ego Egocentrics soap. I've reviewed them before! I am waiting on using my soaps because I currently am using two bars.

The scent is described as such, "Imagine a deep healing mud wrap that uses the finest African clays. You can almost smell the activity of the jungle river. Top notes galbanum, lavender, sage, cedar and patchouli." It's an earthy scent and somewhat masculine, which matches the base. It's not so masculine that I'm uncomfortable using it. And to be honest, soap scents don't last on me anyway, so it's more for me to enjoy in the shower.

Due to the nature of the soap mold, yours may vary but you'll easily recognize the logo and what this represents.

The next item is one that's available in her shop all year round. This is a sort of lotion bar OR a cuticle balm. Depends on whatever you need moisturized. The size of this seems to grant itself to be awesome to throw in your purse or to travel. This one is unscented, so if you have sensitivities, it's perfect. This felt really nice on my cuticles! It mostly smells of beeswax, which Cynthia gets locally!
